Joy Graceffo has over 30 years of experience in the computing industry, she has attained extensive expertise and a versatile background that she shares with clients through her company, Long Island Essential Software.

As an entrepreneur, Joy’s goal is very practical – Helping companies increase their bottom line by gaining an Internet presence with custom websites, setting up effective contact management, as well as properly training them through live and self-paced interactive training courses.

She has worked in the computer industry, as it evolved from mainframes to the Internet. Her comprehensive “from the ground up” experience has made it possible for Joy to adapt the latest technologies, to create effective and affordable websites and training for her clients. Joy has trained individuals in a wide range of software packages and business practices.  She has applied her unique understanding of computing to her work in educational facilities, in the corporate sector and within the volunteer community.
