Murray Kleiner started his career as an electrical engineer and worked for a number of Long Island companies including Grumman, Harris, and Sperry/Unisys. In 1994 he founded Murray Kleiner Associates, Inc. and immediately developed a niche within the technology sector providing technical writing services for engineering and manufacturing companies. He developed user/operator, installation, service, and related training manuals for their hardware and software.

As technology progressed, Murray Kleiner expanded the skills and capabilities of his company as well as its market. In addition to manuals, he introduced self-paced and instructor-led computer-based training courses featuring interactivity with videos and animation. He also provides customer and employee training for most types of businesses including retail, real estate, finance and franchises.
