Are You Sales-Tech Savvy?

You may still be using a Day Planner which is quite alright. You may choose to walk around with a small notepad, which is quite alright too. You may keep all of your information in good old manila folders, which is quite alright as well. Your day-to-day time management is entirely up to you and your comfort zone.

However, you must be up-to-speed and use modern tools that allow you to stay connected with prospects and customers. Customers are dictating their preferred method of communication and very few choose traditional methods like phone or mail. We must also consider the avalanche of information that heads towards our prospects on a daily basis. How will you rise above the noise?
